 Training

We specialise in high impact and stimulating training which is fun. We do not rely upon generic scripting and lots of  jargon, but believe that for any training to be memorable and therefore worthwhile, it needs to be put across in a dynamic and attention-grabbing manner.

Training can be implemented in a number of ways, but the prescriptive classroom style that the graphic opposite suggests is sometimes not the best. We prefer to employ a variety of methods to convey messages, such as  facilitative workshops, encouraging group discussion to share best practise combined with dynamic and humorous presenting which fully engages our audience.

 

Coaching

Coaching is an often over used descriptive, but for us it simply means training on a one-one basis, or certainly much smaller groups, where the presentation style of group training would not be appropriate.

This process provides a platform for honest thought and reflection, and often succeeds in getting to the root causes of any potential issues or difficulties. It is also an excellent platform for induction of new sales staff, and we are able to offer specific expertise in this area.
